My Story

Chelsea has been in the fitness industry for over a decade. She found fitness as a way to overcome personal issues and realized there were so many other people who could benefit from working out that she decided to turn her passion into a career. She became a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor as well as nutrition counselor. Chelsea worked in big gyms throughout the area until she realized that she could reach so many more people by taking her business mobile. Through e-mails, skype, and training in home she has been able to not only reach so many people, but also watch them achieve their ultimate goal of being healthy and fit. Training with Chelsea you get the personal connection of having not just a trainer but a coach who is there to cheer you on and give you tough love when you need it to achieve your ultimate goal.
