Personal training is a 1 on 1 workout specifically tailored to your goals. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, tone up, or just be healthier, personal training with Better Image Fitness is right for you!

How does it work?

After you contact Better Image Fitness we schedule a consult/first workout where we discuss your fitness and health goals, abilities, etc. and devise a specific plan just for you. We help you plan your path to success!

Where do you train?

We train you in your home, office, apartment gym, outdoors, and occasionally in your local gym as well. We believe we have the best success rate when we travel to your home or via skype because you are most comfortable in this atmorphere. We also train in offices, which is very convenient for our corporate clients who want a healthy work environment but are limited on time. If weather permits we love to train in local parks, the scenery is great and you feel less like working out is a chore and more like you’re having fun!

Will I get a meal plan?

Based on your specific goals a meal plan may be devised. In many cases there is an extra cost associated with this. It is a small fee based on the time it takes to write out and complete a specific meal plan/menu/shopping list based on your specific body type, goals, and needs. A lot of work goes in to training and meal plans and we want you to be sure that you are eating the things you like while learning to be healthy. Meal plans may be purchased via our website. If you would like to have your meal planning included with personal training sessions please contact us for details. Please note that meal plans are separate from personal training sessions.

How long will it take to see results?

You will see and feel results within the first few days of training. Huge results don’t happen over night but every day you will feel stronger and more confident and you will radiate that outward making others notice as well. As for how loing it takes to really get in shape that all depends on YOU! How hard are you willing to work? Do you really want it? If you really have a goal in mind and do everything we tell you to do, you will see results in as little as a few weeks. It’s all about your commitment to yourself.

How can I pay?

Better Image Fitness is a full scale business and we accept multiple forms of payment just as most other businesses do.

We accept Cash, Check, Debit, Credit, Google Pay, and Paypal.

You will receive a receipt, and in some cases your personal training can be written off at tax time or deducted from your healthcare spending!

What if I need to cancel my sessions?

If you need to cancel a session you must contact us as soon as possible.

24 hours notice is required or you will be charged for your session.

This is non negotiable, due to the work we do and the planning that goes into each session we request that you respect this policy.

Can I get a refund?

Better Image Fitness does not offer refunds again due to the nature of our business and the planning involved, we work hard to provide you with the best possible experience. We do not provide refunds for sessions regardless of cancellation reason. Again we ask please be respectful of our policies a lot of work goes in to helping you live a healthier life.
